Flexible Account and Payment Management

With the Group Admin Portal, account administrators can keep their payment methods current, whether invoiced, credit card, or check/ACH, and enroll in automatic monthly payments. They can view, print, and pay invoices at any time, upload tax-exempt forms or other documents, and store important records for future reference. Credential Pools make it easy for groups to self-assign parking permits from an allocated inventory, and when integrated with access equipment, credentials are only activated once they’re assigned—ensuring accurate control.

How It Works

Step 2: Manage Parkers and Credentials
Add or update parkers, assign or replace credentials, update vehicle info, and download account lists.
