Empowering Parkers with Self-Service Tools

The Zephire Parker Portal allows individual parkers to independently manage their accounts from start to finish with minimal involvement from your team. From registration to cancellation, parkers can handle all aspects of their parking experience conveniently and efficiently.

Your team can fully customize the registration journey for each parking location to reflect the unique operational needs of that facility. Options include:

  • Customizable rate descriptions and permit types

  • Choice of six proration methodologies

  • Required document uploads (e.g., proof of address)

  • Collection of employer information and vehicle details

Zephire intelligently tracks capacity by rate category and automatically initiates a waitlist once a category reaches its limit, as defined in the Administrator Portal.

Once registered, parkers can log into their account at any time to:

  • Update personal information (e.g., phone number, address, credit card, vehicle info)

  • View and download invoices

  • Access and download digital parking passes (if available at their location)

  • Cancel their parking or register at additional locations directly from the portal

By shifting account management to parkers themselves, Zephire significantly reduces administrative workload while enhancing the parker experience.
