Why This Matters

At Zephire, we believe great parking technology depends on more than software. It depends on having the right people behind the platform — professionals who understand real-world parking operations, implementation challenges, and the day-to-day needs of operators.

Meghan’s CPP achievement highlights exactly that. The credential validates industry knowledge across key areas including building design, accounting, auditing, operations, human resources, and team management.

About the CPP Credential

The Certified Parking Professional (CPP) program from the National Parking Association is a respected industry designation that demonstrates broad expertise in the parking profession.

As Meghan explained, the exam tests knowledge across all areas of the industry, helping professionals expand their expertise while also giving clients and peers confidence in the depth of that experience.

Meghan’s Experience at Zephire

Meghan has spent more than five years growing with Zephire, helping clients implement technology, improve workflows, and adopt new systems with confidence.

  • Training & Implementation Manager — January 2023 to Present
  • Training & Implementation Coordinator — February 2021 to January 2023

In those roles, she has helped bridge the gap between software and successful real-world execution — an essential capability for parking operators managing customer experience, revenue control, and operational efficiency.

Professional Background

Before her current leadership role, Meghan built a strong foundation in business, research, and communications through earlier internships and academic achievement.

She worked as a Marketing Intern at Marlyn Group LLC, where she helped create and distribute an industry-wide survey to roughly 3,000 parking professionals. That effort contributed to workplace trend research and an industry white paper, while also helping drive awareness through digital advertising.

Prior to that, she interned with Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, where she gained experience in client communications, pipeline development, and professional branding.

Meghan earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Psychology and Business.

That blend of business and people-focused study aligns naturally with her work today — especially in implementation, training, change management, and customer success.
