Zephire Release Highlights: Smarter Billing Options & Improved Keycard Reconciliation
Zephire’s latest system update introduces three high-impact improvements designed to streamline billing workflows, reduce manual reconciliation, and give operators greater flexibility in how they manage parkers.
Below is a breakdown of what’s new — and how these enhancements make day-to-day operations more efficient for your team.
Individual Parkers: One-Off Invoicing for Faster, Cleaner Billing
Managing one-time charges for individual parkers just got easier.
Operators can now generate a one-off invoice directly from the credential record when assigning a new credential. A new “Do Not Invoice” toggle is checked by default, giving you full control over whether an invoice should be created.
Unchecked: An invoice is created automatically, released immediately, and emailed to the parker.
Checked: No invoice is generated at credential assignment.
Why it matters:
Reduces manual billing steps
Improves accuracy for one-time charges
Ensures parkers receive immediate, transparent billing for new credentials
Space Setup Menu: Quarterly & Annual Billing Now Easier to Offer
You can now offer Quarterly and Annual billing cycles at a location without requiring discounts or proration rules. Two new fields — Offer Quarterly Billing and Offer Annual Billing — make these options available with a single click.
We also refined the default column view in Space Setup to remove lesser-used fields, keeping the interface clean while still allowing full customization through the Column Chooser.
Why it matters:
More flexible billing options for parkers
Simpler configuration for operators
Supports revenue forecasting with longer-term billing intervals
No extra rate rules required
Keycard Recon Tool: Clearer PARCS Alignment & Easier CSV Imports
To improve reconciliation between PARCS data and Zephire records, the Keycard Recon Tool now includes:
PARC First Name
PARC Last Name
Updated headers that clearly differentiate PARCS-provided data from Zephire data
CSV imports have also been made more flexible. Operators can now include PARC Number, First/Last Name, and Status — and leave fields blank if information is missing.
Why it matters:
Faster, more accurate credential reconciliation
Better visibility into PARCS vs. Zephire data
Reduced manual cleanup during keycard audits
